Winter Workout Sessions 2024

The Details:

- Your child MUST be registered for the upcoming season to participate. This is for medical liability purposes. We will have people to help register on-site if needed and can offer "pay later" options if you register on-site (if registering on site, please bring a current insurance information). Visit our Registration page for more information.

- Location: Neil Armstrong Middle School Gym (NAMS) 1777 Mountain View Lane, FG. Gym entrance towards the back side of the track.

- No prior notice needed - you can drop in whatever Sunday(s) work for your athlete. Please just make sure your athlete is there for the full session if possible.

- Open to ALL levels (ages 4-14).

Gear to bring:
Glove
Tennis Shoes
Water Bottle
Bat*
Face/Fielding Mask*

*Optional as we will have shared equipment available

What if my athlete doesn't have a glove? We'll have a bin of second-hand gloves available to choose from!

2/18 - 9am - 11am
2/25 - 9am - 11am

Schedule is subject to change and based on NAMS availability.

GEAR SWAP
We will have bins of donated gear from past players to sort through for the upcoming season (gloves, cleats, helmets, etc). With the rate these kids grow, most gear was only used for 1-2 seasons! If you have gear to donate, you can bring to the workouts or email [email protected] for more info how/where to donate.
